Bite-sized Pandan Cake

I made this for remembering 40 day of my grandma ceremony.  My mom expected 100 guests so I made 100 pieces, that is 4 22x22cm pans.  I cut each pan into 25 pieces.  Since I was afraid that the topping will be dry on the D day so I spreaded the topping in the morning.  For the topping I used buttercream, shredded cheese & red cherry.  I was so happy that everybody liked it :)
